Risks of Hypothyroidism/rh negative and pregnancy?

I was diagnosed with hypothroidism in the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. I am currently on 100mg of levothyroxine. I am also rh negative. I have read that these conditions could contribute to having a child with cerebral palsy. I am due to be induced at 38 weeks due to having a heavily bleed with my first child but am concerned that along with the hypothyroidism, rh neg blood group and having an induced labour I could be putting my child at risk
