Could i have gotten Bell Palsy From an untreated Allergic Reaction!?

2 weeks ago I went to the ER and I was Told I had A viral Infection in the Tummy! I gotten an allergic reaction to tylenol which caused swelling to my tongue and foot for 3 days! Now I woke up 3days ago face on the right was not moving a muscle I went to the ER At a different hospital and said I had Bell Palsy! So I'm worried scared and a little embarrassed to go outside!
