Can you suggest what I should do or ways to help me?

I have been having pain on the right side of my face for two days My throat hurts when I swallow, my tongue is numb and my ear hurts. And all of this is only happening on my right side. I've looked up Bell's Palsy and It said a common cause is Herpes Virus but that can't be because I have never had sex. I am also feeling weak and tired lately. And I have been drink lots of water. And I have loss the appetite to eat. Can you please help me. I'm 17 years old and a female.
