Where can I find flat shoes with a strap?

I am disabled I have cerebral palsy. However I am very fashion-minded and want to wear the flats that are in style these days, but because I have my disability, the shoe has trouble staying on my foot. Are there any specific stores that sell cute flats with a strap over the middle of the foot? Or that can harness my foot in the shoe? Sorry if this question is weird I've just been trying for years to find a cute shoe I can wear easily. Thanks girls.
