Jobs working with disabled children ?? (autistic , cerebl palsy)?

i have very mild autism (aspergers syndrom ) and very mild cerebl paslsy and its inspire me to work with disabled children what sort of jobs could i do and allso what education do you need and is possible what is the pay xx thanks
