My cousin is in a dentition center for no reason?

My cousin is 17,male.His dad remarried,let's call the dad B,the step mom R.His real mom(let's call her K)got married to(let's call him Z)So my cousin had previously been on house arrest(for reasons unknown)He had NEVER gotten in trouble before.The step mom is tryin to get rid of him.She is lying to the judge,saying he's out of control and he needs sex therapy.Which he doesn't.He is a perfect kid.Anyway the judge heard the step moms story ONLY.He did not listen to my cousin at all.My cousin is now in a dentition center where he cannot talk,he has to be in milattary stance,he cannot walk in his cell,he cannot sing or make any noises,he cannot receive letters,he cannot receive visitors and cannot call anyone.He has done NOTHING wrong.What can we do?
