Exercises someone with cerebral palsy can do?

I know this person with cerebral palsy and she wants something physical she can do other than swimming and physical therapy. I want to try and help her out by finding something(s) she could do that involves physical activity. What can she do? But NOT swimming and physical therapy!!! Thanks for the help n advance!
