Boy of 4 is mothers sole carer?

A boy of 4 is the sole carer for his mother, as government cuts will not provide her with care she needs. The mother and the boy who live in Gloucester are just one case of carers aged 5 and under. What a disgrace these poor children have to care for their parents and aren't allowed a childhood because our government is too busy funding asylum seekers. Another little girl called Emma was forced to care for her mother who had depression, her baby sister nad her older brother who has cerebral palsy. All this started at age 4! What are your views?
