Banned from child's classroom?

My daughter was born with cerebral palsy and then was diagnosed with cancer when she was 5 years old. She wears an AFO and I had made arrangements with her school that it would be put on at school because they did not want her wearing her outside shoes inside and she can't walk in the AFO without shoes. But my problem is that the teacher was not putting the AFO on her and when I talked and talked and my husband talked to the teacher and nothing happened, the AFO still wasn't being put on so I went to the principal and it still wasn't being done so I went to Leadership services and now my daughter's teacher is claiming that I am harassing her and I am no longer allowed to walk my daughter to her class. When she was receiving chemo she had a few near death experiences and has developed some separation issues so me walking her to her class is a big deal.
